Rent out your boat dock. Earn from empty water.
Your slip sits empty for weeks at a time. List it free, set your own weekly price and dates, and boaters book and pay online.
Estimate your earnings
An estimate only. Actual earnings depend on your bookings.
Renters pay your price. We take 10% only when you're booked.
No listing fees, no subscriptions. The service fee is deducted from your payout, so the price renters see is exactly the price you set.
Example: you list your dock at $300 per week and a boater books it for 4 weeks. They pay $1,200, exactly your price with nothing added. DockSpace keeps 10% ($120), and you receive $1,080.
Stays are billed in whole weeks; partial weeks round up.

Questions from dock owners
How much does it cost to list my dock on DockSpace?
Listing is free. DockSpace charges a 10% service fee only when a booking is paid, and it comes out of your payout. Renters pay exactly the weekly price you set.
How do I get paid?
Renters pay online by card when they book. After the booking is confirmed, DockSpace sends your share and records each payout, with its date and reference number, in your owner dashboard.
How is the price calculated for stays shorter or longer than a week?
You set one weekly price. Stays are billed in whole weeks and partial weeks round up, so a 10-day stay is billed as 2 weeks.
Can I block dates when I need my dock?
Yes. Add open availability windows and block any dates you need. Renters can only book inside your open windows, and never over existing bookings.
What if a renter needs to cancel?
Renters can request a cancellation before their stay begins. DockSpace support reviews each request and handles any refund, and you'll see the status in your bookings.
Does DockSpace provide insurance?
No. DockSpace doesn't currently include insurance coverage for owners or renters. Check with your homeowner's or marine insurer about renting out your dock before you list.
What kinds of docks can I list?
Private docks, slips, and moorings on lakes, rivers, bays, canals and the ocean anywhere in the US. Set the maximum boat length and list amenities like shore power, fresh water and fuel.
