How DockSpace works

Book a private dock as easily as a hotel room, or earn from the slip you're not using.

For boaters

Rent a dock in four steps

  1. Search

Filter docks by location, dates, boat length, water type, price, and hookups. Each listing shows the weekly rate, maximum boat length and reviews from real stays.

  2. Book

Pick check-in and check-out dates inside the dock's availability. Add one or more stays to your cart, then check out by card. Partial weeks round up to a full week.

  3. Dock

Your confirmation includes the exact address and a calendar file. Arrive on your check-in date with your registration and proof of insurance.

  4. Review

After your stay begins, rate the dock from My bookings. Only boaters who stayed can review, so ratings stay honest.

Find a dock

For dock owners

List free. Get paid when you're booked.

Create a listing with photos, location, weekly price, boat-length limit, and the dates you're open. Boaters book and pay online. DockSpace keeps 10% of each booking and releases your payout after the stay begins.

  • You set the price and the availability windows
  • Block out dates when you need the dock yourself
  • Track bookings, payouts and reviews in your dashboard

Your payout$540.00

The boater pays $600.00. No fees are added on their side.

Payments & security

Checkout runs over HTTPS. Card numbers go straight from your browser to Authorize.Net, which returns a one-time token, so DockSpace never handles or stores card numbers. Accounts lock after repeated failed sign-ins, and every refund and payout is recorded in an audit log.
